AI Automation and Business Integration

Connect business tools and build controlled AI-assisted workflows

Agile Codex designs integrations and practical automation around your existing systems. We help turn incoming requests, business knowledge, documents, and communications into structured workflows that people can review, approve, and maintain.

  • API integration
  • Structured workflows
  • Controlled AI agents
  • Maintainable handover

What we can help you automate

The work starts with the business process. Technology is selected after discovery, based on your systems, security requirements, budget, and support needs.

API-connected tools

Connect commerce, CRM, support, accounting, inventory, and other approved business systems through documented APIs and controlled data flows.

Cases, tasks, and records

Turn requests from forms, inboxes, or messages into structured cases, assigned tasks, searchable records, statuses, and approval steps.

Approved knowledge search

Help staff search selected internal documents and knowledge collections, with source references so answers can be checked before use.

Knowledge and operations libraries

Configure Obsidian knowledge libraries or Notion operational databases where they fit the workflow, ownership model, and access requirements.

Communication workflows

Integrate email, messaging, documents, and voice-related workflow steps for routing, summaries, follow-up, and record creation.

Permission-controlled agents

Design AI agents with limited tools, explicit permissions, review checkpoints, and human approval for sensitive or consequential actions.

Knowledge, privacy, and operational control

Useful automation needs clear boundaries. We define what information may be used, what actions are permitted, and where a person must remain responsible.

Knowledge governance

  • Approved source collections
  • Source references in retrieved answers
  • Ownership and update responsibilities
  • Separation of draft and published knowledge

Access and review

  • Role-based permissions
  • Human approval for defined actions
  • Audit logs for important workflow events
  • Privacy and retention controls

Continuity and handover

  • Configuration and workflow documentation
  • Backup and recovery planning
  • Testing and operating procedures
  • Maintainable support handover

Tools selected for the requirement

Python or TypeScript services, n8n, Obsidian, Notion, and suitable LLM services are candidate components, not mandatory dependencies. We may use some, all, or none of them after reviewing existing tools, hosting constraints, data sensitivity, integration options, and long-term maintenance.

Application services

Python or TypeScript can support custom APIs, validation, data transformation, workflow logic, and maintainable service integrations.

Workflow and knowledge tools

n8n can coordinate suitable automation, while Obsidian or Notion may organize approved knowledge and operational records.

LLM services

An appropriate language model service may support classification, extraction, drafting, summarization, or knowledge retrieval within agreed controls.

Delivery process

Each stage reduces uncertainty before broader access or automation is introduced.

1. Discovery and requirements

Map the current tools, users, inputs, decisions, exceptions, data, and expected outcomes.

2. Architecture and security

Define system boundaries, API access, permissions, data handling, audit needs, and human approval points.

3. Pilot workflow

Build a focused workflow to validate usefulness, data quality, controls, and operating assumptions.

4. Implementation

Develop the agreed integrations, records, automation, interfaces, and operational safeguards.

5. Testing and training

Test normal and exception paths, confirm permissions, and train the people who operate and review the workflow.

6. Deployment and support

Deploy through a controlled release, document ownership, monitor initial use, and provide agreed support.

Typical deliverables

Deliverables are defined during discovery and scaled to the approved scope.

Workflow specification

Current-state and target workflow, roles, exceptions, approvals, and acceptance criteria.

Integration implementation

Configured APIs, automation, data mappings, validations, and error-handling paths.

Security and operations

Permission model, privacy controls, logging, backups, monitoring, and recovery notes.

Documentation and training

Setup notes, operating guidance, maintenance handover, and training for relevant users.

Related development and integration services

Automation often needs to connect with an existing commerce platform or custom application.

Discuss your automation or integration project

Share your current tools, the workflow you want to improve, the intended scope, and your target date. We will use that context to recommend a practical discovery or pilot step.
